The MGC project involved the complete renovation of a corporate office building, transforming it into a sleek, modern workspace. Special custom wall and ceiling treatments, luxury lighting, and high-end materials were incorporated to elevate the design, while the use of color throughout the space creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. 

Huge glass walls and doors flood the office with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel. A smart glass system was installed in select rooms, allowing privacy to be adjusted with the push of a button. The floor design and a uniquely designed meeting room further add to the space’s distinctive character, while an open-concept kitchen with a lounge area has become a favorite spot among employees, praised for its vibrant and inviting vibe. 

This renovation reflects a bold approach to office design, creating a space that is both functional and inspiring.
