Before the large project started in our art technology testing Lab, we interviewed almost 20 contractors and MAHA is the only one provided the professional in-depth site analysis with incredibly detailed bidding with all items broken down into material and labor as well as the amazing schedule analysis (and we did have the project finished prior to the original projection date). Thru out the entire project process, Houman (owner of MAHA) was showing all his professionalism into all the detail and he was on-site every day to providing prompt update and honest suggestion in all area. He also provided extremely helpful weekly formal progress summary that help me to show to my management for the update. The entire crew was all professional, friendly, and showing their care to the premise owner every moment. Communication is 10/10 as well. At the end of the project, I noticed some additional item that I omitted earlier, and Houman was able to help me on those as well although he didn't have to, all respect for that. I absolutely will come back to MAHA again if I have another project coming, also recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and sincere designer/contractor.

MAHA went above and beyond in helping us open our modern fast casual restaurant. Our budget did not allow for us to afford an interior designer. MAHA stepped in as a designer along with the construction of our interiors. His ideas and execution were amazing. We couldn’t have done the design so well without him. We had a tight deadline and MAHA is a type of contractor that will not mind working long nights and weekends. They worked around the clock to get us to opening day. The day before opening, late night we had a plumbing issue. Houman went out of his way and came late night to fix that issue by himself! Thanks a lot, Houman! We are thankful!
