This project involved the complete demolition of an 8,000 SF art technology laboratory, followed by structural upgrades and a comprehensive interior build-out. The scope included new office areas, isolated laboratory spaces, and insulated rooms designed to protect sensitive electronic components from dust and temperature fluctuations. The project also incorporated eleven high-tech electronic board testing systems, a 150 kVA UPS infrastructure, an upgraded 600-amp main electrical panel, a dedicated data center, and full interior finishes.
